Guest Speaker: Michael J. Gaetke –

Michael J. Gaetke is a seasoned executive, secure facility subject matter expert, and strategic consultant with more than four decades of experience in secure facility design and construction. As former CEO/President and Owner of Adamo Security Group, he led the company to become a nationally recognized leader in the design and construction of SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities) and SAPF (Special Access Program Facilities) throughout the United States and internationally. His work supported the U.S. Department of Defense, intelligence agencies, and premier defense contractors, delivering mission-ready environments built to strict federal standards, including ICD 705.

During his 40 years of leadership, Michael guided the delivery of more than 500 accredited secure facility projects worldwide, each meeting rigorous government requirements. His strategic direction, operational oversight, and commitment to excellence established Adamo Security Group as a trusted partner in the classified construction sector.

In 2020, Michael sold the company and founded Vector Reach Consulting, LLC, where he now provides consulting services in SCI/SAP facility development, strategic real estate, and executive leadership. He also serves on several international nonprofit boards focused on faith-based initiatives and community outreach. His 2024 memoir, Say Yes to God: The Story of an Ordinary Life of Extraordinary Adventure, reflects both his professional accomplishments and his lifelong commitment to purpose-driven leadership.
