GUEST SPEAKER: Dave Downing – has been positively influencing the snowboarding industry for over 30 years. Growing up in Southern California, he was an avid surfer who started snowboarding in 1990. Dave’s love for action sports led him to work with like-minded people at ET Surf Shop, a thriving Surf/Skate/Snowboard shop in Hermosa Beach.

Dave currently works for Burton with the North America sales and marketing team. He enjoys time on the snow with his wife Shannon Dunn-Downing, America’s first Olympic Snowboarding Medalist, and their two teenage boys.
