GUEST SPEAKER: Hakim Crosby

We are privileged to welcome an accomplished executive sales leader, a decorated 10-year U.S. Navy veteran, and a deeply dedicated minister of the gospel. Bringing over two decades of marketplace experience, he served as a former District Sales Coordinator for Aflac, where he is a 21-time recipient of the Founders Award for Management Excellence (FAME). His corporate journey also includes serving as a Regional Sales Director at The Franklin Life Insurance Company through its AIG transition.

A decorated veteran, his military service was highlighted by the American Spirit Honor Award and the Navy Achievement Medal. Anchored by his profound faith, his ministry work at Ocean View Church reflected a true servant’s heart until about two years ago. He has spent over two decades directing the Surf City Kids Choir, led vital community outreach as a Bus Ministry Captain, and spent five years mentoring youth as a Middle School Ministry Leader. He applies executive-level wisdom and a heart for the next generation to empower individuals to reach their God-given potential.
