Tammy DeWitt – With over 21+ years of experience in the finance and banking world, Tammy currently serves as an SVP Commercial Underwriter at Neighborhood National Bank, specializing in SBA, construction, and investment property financing. Holding a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Phoenix, she uses her extensive knowledge to help clients achieve the American Dream. Tammy is also an active financial coach and educator in her community, notably teaching “How to manage money God’s way” through her church ministries and volunteering with Make-A-Wish.

Tom Morgan- Tom has over forty years of experience serving the commercial real estate industry throughout San Diego County. His extensive career includes leasing regional and neighborhood retail centers, representing retail, restaurant, and financial clients, and developing retail, industrial, and office properties.

He has held key leadership positions such as Senior Director of Real Estate for the Port of San Diego and has provided development and land-use strategies, along with comprehensive financial analyses, for the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority. Additionally, Tom has conducted land-use and redevelopment studies for outlying airport properties.

In recent years, Tom has also assisted local and regional churches with the sale and acquisition of more than $50 million in properties. Recognized for his consistent excellence, Tom has been a “Top Producer” at several major commercial real estate firms in San Diego.

William Evans – Will’s early years were marked by challenges that ultimately opened his heart to the voice of God’s Spirit at just five years old—before he even knew who God was. From that moment, he became aware of his heavenly Father and has never lived a day without His presence.

At the age of twelve, Will gave his life to Christ at Calvary Chapel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. A few years later, at sixteen, he strayed from his faith and fell into sin. In His grace, God used that season to redirect Will’s path, leading him to enlist in the U.S. Navy. During that time, he found his way to The Potter’s House Church in Imperial Beach, California, where he rededicated his life to Christ.

Now, after faithfully serving Christ for over eleven years, Will has been given the opportunity to plant a new church in Ramona, California, with the full support of his mother church. Alongside his ministry work, he owns and operates an electrical contracting business—an extension of his faith in action—allowing him to serve his customers with integrity while creating space and resources to minister to the City of Ramona.
